How do we received the submission with showing the Long Text?

Hi JotForm,

May i know why my guest submitted the form to me but i could not see my Logo and the Long Text in the email? I did key in the Long text and put my Logo on the top of the form. I need all the details on the form to show in the email as a record.

By default, the headers, texts, and images are not shown in the PDF copy. You have to check this option on the submissions page.
