How to pass from data to another form?

Hi,

I currently have a form that requires a user to upload a file (picture, pdf, etc.). After a few approvals, I would like for this information to be transferred to another (separate) form so a separate person can complete the form.

I was wondering if this is possible?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Yes, it's possible to Automatically Pass Form Data to Another Form. The setup requires 2 forms, the source form where the data will be coming from, and the target form where the data will be passed on to. However, the data for file upload (PDF, Picture, etc.) won't be able to pass to another form. This is only applicable to the data entered by the form responders like name and email address from one source form to another form.
