Form not showing and not responsive in mobile device

I see your responses to the question of the "Make this form responsive" is that these instructions are deprecated and that all forms are now created mobile responsive. However, they are not. My form thinks it is mobile responsive in jotform when I am working on a pc. Yet it still never shows up on a mobile device. I am losing registrants and time. If there are no instructions for us to change this, please would you go in and correct my form so that people can signup on their smartphones?

I test your form using mobile device browser but so far I could not reproduce any issue.

Check my screencast video of the test below.

If you have published your form on a website, please share also to us the URL of your website so we can also test the actual form used on our website.

I have posted it only on FB.  When using my phone and reviewing this conversation, when I click on the link I originally provided, I still receive an error message. However, when I click on your text "your form" which is hyperlinked, I go straight to the correct form. It seems that I might be missing something.?

I have posted it only on FB...

Can you please provide clarity on this. What or how did you post in FB?

Your form URL is this https://www.jotform.us/form/80507574284158 , did you post/comment the form URL in FB?

I am sorry, the details were a bit unclear so I was having difficulty giving you a clearer response and suggestion on how the issue can be resolved.

We will wait for your updated response.

Thank you for providing clearer explanation of the issue.

I see now that you were actually using Facebook app to open the form. This: https://www.facebook.com/HaysvilleHealthyHabits/app/684336108254110/

That will not work though, because the form does not support facebook app (on your mobile device) itself.

You will need to use your browser instead to open the form in your mobile device. Open your browser and load the form using its URL https://www.jotform.us/form/80507574284158

I hope this help. Let us know if still not clear.
