Unable to edit form fields

Hi,

I am new to Jotform and trying to generate invoice using the Contractor Invoice Form. I am not able to edit any fields....
Please help.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Are you getting error when editing the form fields? What changes are you trying to do? Try to log out from your Jotform account and then log back in to refresh your login. Or login to a different browser. Also clear the browser cache while log out from your Jotform account. Below are guides on how to clear browser cache on most common browsers.

• Clear Cache – Google Chrome
• Clear Cache – Mozilla Firefox
• Clear History – Safari

I tried all 3 browsers you mentioned after clearing the cache, I am not able to select ANY fields in the form to edit.

Thanks for getting back to us, and I'm very sorry to hear that. I checked the form you provided and it seems to be deleted now.

Are you working on a different form now? In case the issue persists on a new form, please share a short screen recording for us to see the issue from your perspective. You can upload it to Google Drive or any cloud storage and then share the link here so we can view it.
