Monday.com Unique ID field is not showing

    Hello,


    My unique ID field does not show as an option to integrate and send to Monday, do you know how to fix this? Thanks

    Hi Eduardo,

    Thank you for reaching out to Jotform Support. I’m sorry you're having difficulties with this. I cloned and tested your recent form, then I tried to integrate it into Monday.com to replicate the problem, and it seems everything is working as it should, as shown in the screenshot below:

    Can you please tell us the form that you are working with and the specific unique ID field you are trying to integrate into Monday.com so we can do more testing and help you resolve the issue?

    Hello Aries,


    When you try to select the field from the form, you won't see the Unique ID as an option, which before it was showing.

    Hi Eduardo,

    Thanks for getting back to us. When I tested your form, the same thing happened, so I created a ticket about it and escalated this to our Developers. We will give you an update through this thread as soon as we hear from them.

    Thanks for getting back to us. Unfortunately, we do not have an ETA as to when will the fix be available. Although we don’t have a solution yet, rest assured, we’ll keep working on this until it's resolved. We’ll get back to you as soon as we have an update.
