Using shared template and need to change who receives completed form.

    I copied this form template https://form.jotform.com/241055379805157 from Unitas.

    I made changes when logged into my account, however the submission did not go to my team.

    It went to the Unitas team.

    The submission needs to go to info@dentalbuyingpower.com

    How do I change this?

    Hi Kami,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. The submission goes to the form owner's account. If you would like to receive the submission under the account of info@dentalbuyingpower.com, the form needs to be transfer to this account. Please note that transfer form request needs to be made by the form owner. You will need to ask form owner to make this request instead.

    The original creator of the form still needs to use it, so the transfer will not work.

    The issue is that we're all trying to use the same template for our teams, just with unique branding and individual recipients.

    Is there a way to use the same template but customize it for my purposes?

    Hi Kami,

    Thanks for getting back to us. I am sorry you are having trouble with this. When I checked our system, I saw that you've successfully cloned the form 241055379805157. But when I checked the email address listed in the Recipient Email of the Notification, I saw that it was under the email address k**i.b**k@de*****uying*****.com. If this is not the email address that you want to receive the submissions for your cloned form, you can update the associated email address. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, click Settings from the top bar menu, and click on Emails from the left panel menu.
    2. Then, hover your mouse over the Notification Email, and click the Pencil icon.
    3. Next, go to the Recipients tab, and update the email address in the Recipient Email section.
    4. Finally, click on Save.

    Hi Joshua,

    Thanks for your help. The email did come to kami.beck@dentalbuyingpower.com which is good.

    The issue is the email contained a message to ReNae and I don't know how to change this part.

    Hi Kami,

    Thanks for getting back to us. Editing the Notification Email is easy. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, click Settings from the top bar menu, and click on Emails from the left panel menu.
    2. Then, hover your mouse over the Notification Email, and click the Pencil icon.
    3. Next, update the Email Content, and click on Save. That's it
