Autoresponder email: Sending multiple emails

We have a form that uses various autoresponders based on a selection made in the form as conditions. They receive an email with a specific link to a certain training video that they selected in the form. What we would like to do is send a separate autoresponder with certain boiler plate, which tells the client to expect the specific email based on their selection. We want to send this one to all who fill out the form. So, each person filling out the form should receive 2 emails. One with the boiler plate and one that is based upon their selection in the form.

Is it possible to do this and have the conditional responses still be sent?

    Hope this make sense.

    Hi judahbrownproject,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Yes, you can add a new autoresponder email to your form without conditions triggering it. The email will be sent to the user every time someone submits the form.

Let me show you how to set that up:

    1. IForm Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
    2. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
    3. Now, click on Add an Email.
    4. Then, select Autoresponder Email.
    5. Customize the options the way you want them, and you’re done.
