How can I send my form to my vendors?

Hi, I finished creating my form but haven't published it yet. my question is: for what I'm using the form for, in order for vendors to see my form and want to use it to sign up for my event, do I need to have a website to have the link to this form on it ?? or the form I made using Jotform can be used as a free-standing complete link which I can attach it to emails, Instagram message, and Instagram bio, on its own without a website?? I hope I was able to explain my question clearly enough. Thanks

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Yes, you can share a direct link to your form as long as it's a public form. Anyone can fill out the form and submit it. You can easily copy the link on your Form URL and send it via email, Instagram message, Facebook message, etc. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar, click on Publish.
2. On Share with Link, click on Copy Link and share it with vendors.
