Additional user login for accounting

Our accounting department would like to login with their own U/P to enter the Stripe or Paypal information to our merchandise sales JotForm template.

I know how to add collaborators to specific forms, but that does not seem to allow her the back end entry info for connecting Paypal or Stripe.

We have a JotForm Silver account. Are we able to add another "owner" login to our account for the accountant to upload banking info?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our regular account can only have one user login. Have you tried the giving them the collaborator access for them to try and connect the form to their Stripe account? Collaborator access will expire in 72 hours, so you'll need to refresh the link again to give them access. If collaborator access does not work, the only options are to share the login information to them and then change it afterward.
