good for a guest check in ..added it to my site ... desertriparian.com. But my form is already in the viewers view. So, what could I use the QR code for .. thinking.

Perhaps, this option would be useful if you decide to print some flyers or ads for your resource.
Anyway, if you have any issues with the implementation, just let us know and we will gladly assist.

Or you can use other pro QR providers to create a QR code for your actual page URL instead of the basic form QR code, just my 2 cents.

Hi,
You can use QR Code feature for users who prefer to fill out forms on their mobile devices. If you add QR Code to your website, users who accessed your website from a device (say someone else's desktop) but does not have time to fill out your form at that moment can scan the QRCode with their mobile phone and access your form later and fill it out.
As mentioned above, you can also download your QR Code as png and use it on printed media like flyers, posters, invitations and people can scan the QR Code and fill out your contact form on their mobile devices.
