Is there a way to include form parameters via the Thank You Page external link?

That is, if the form contains a field {employeeno}, is there a way to include this parameter in the redirected Thank You Page URL?

Example: https://www.thankyoupage.com/?employeeno={employeeno}

Yes, this is possible. You can just append the field name in the URL inclose with a bracket as you have shown in the example.
