Billing: Cancel and Refund Request.

    Can you please confirm this is my confimation to have canceled my account. I dont like these Jotforms and customer support via email wasnt beneficial for me. What you see on your end is not what I see on my end so I will find another company to generate my company forms with. I just need to confirm that my account is closed and no money will be taken out of my account and if so will I be credited for canceling within 24 hours of purchasing.

    Hi Monica,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I am sorry you are having an issue with this. I've checked your account and I can see that it is currently deleted. There will no further charges for this. However, the current charge made is not processed for refund. Can you please confirm if you like a refund for the same?

    Once we hear back from you we can move forward with a solution.

    Yes I would like a full refund. The charge was taken out of my PayPal account and highlighted in yellow on the screenshot.
