There is a section on my form that allows my clients to upload their pictures. the hyperlink that is sent to my email once the form is submitted is broken and giving me a "404" code. please help me to correct this issue. I tried to upload a screenshot, but tour system says the file is too large.
I really need to retrieve and access the images submitted by the clients.

Could you check if the option 'Require log-in to view uploaded files' is enabled in your account settings?
If so, you'll be able to view them only when you are logged into your account. Otherwise, please try disabling the option so that the images can be viewed directly by using their respective links.
