Account suspended: login credentials

Can't login to my account after changing password

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your account and see that it was suspended because of the BGMI Tournament form. Please note that collecting login credentials is against Jotform's Terms of Use.

To reinstate your account, you have to agree with our terms and allow us to delete any offending fields including any related submission data.
