Currently I am using Approvals Element for approve employees leave application form. How to avoid user (employee) wrongly input the email address (Incharge Person's Email) at email property? Sometimes they will type wrong email address, thus causing the Approver (Incharge Person) did not receive the request. Is the any way such as can set fix email address; for example can save email contacts so the user do not have to manually input the email address all the time.

    Hi TCEAdmin,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm afraid there is no option to add options in the email field; however, a workaround would be to add a dropdown field with email address options:

    Then create a condition:

    Here is the result:

Give it a try and let us know if this works for you.

Thank you for your help. I have tried and it works. But unfortunately, if I add a dropdown field with email address options, I worry if the user did not recognize their Manager email address.

Is it possible if any way if the user select Option (example: Manager A), then will show specific Manager A's email address?

I have tried by adding the Dynamic Dropdowns as figure below, but when using Conditions to copy the field to "Manager's Email Address" (to be use as Approvers), it will show full (name + email) as Henry Khorkhor9828@gmail.com but I want it appears as valid email which is khor9828@gmail.com only at the copied field.

    Hi TCEAdmin,

Another alternative would be inserting the email address in the email field conditionally. Let me show you an example:

First is to add the manager names as the options in the dropdown.

    Then create this Update/Calculation condition:
