Hi, I tried using the PDF Editor to generate my survey form to be printed as hardcopy. However, what I get is my form, with other "gibberish" marking overlapping with my form. (See attached)

Is there something wrong? Please help me to look into it.

    Hi EON_Consulting,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your form and the other elements there seems like part of an image you're using as background for the fillable PDF form. Unfortunately, there's no way to control their alignment once displayed in the form. I would suggest you remove the background image, it should at least help make the fillable form look neat. Let me walk you through it:

    1. In the Form Builder, click on the arrow-down icon on the top-left corner of the page.

    2. Select PDF Editor from the list.

    3. In the PDF Editor page, click on the Blue Roller Paint icon.

    4. Next, select the background image and click on Remove Image.

Give it a try and let us know if there's anything else we can help you with.
