Hi Heather,

Thanks for reaching out to JotForm Support. Paid accounts can add multiple email alerts with multiple recipients. There's also no limit to the number of alerts you can create. We also have a rule which limits the number of emails that can be sent out to avoid spammers. For free accounts, we allow 20 email notifications to be sent out per hour. For paid accounts, you can send 100 notifications per hour. The daily email limit will restart the next day at 12AM EST.
