Hello,
is it possible with your free or premium version of the Easy form plugin, to have users need to give an electronic signature to register? E.g. we do events for children and teenagers. In the form, if they click that they are under 18 years old, their parents have to leave a signature that they approve of their registration. Is such thing possible with your plugin?
Thank you very much

Hi Katja,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. The Starter (Free) Plan is basically a free trial that gives you access to most of the features that paid subscriptions have to offer. The main difference is the usage limits. For example, the Free plan has a monthly limit of 1,000 form views, whereas the Bronze (Paid) Plan has a monthly maximum of 10,000 form views.
Your requirement can be achieved using the Show/Hide conditional logic. I can walk you through setting that up:
- Click on the Settings tab in the orange navigation bar at the top of Form Builder.
- Select Conditions on the left side of the screen.
- Select Show/Hide Field from the options.
- Set the condition to something like you see in the screenshot below:
- Finally, click on Save.
Here's a screencast of the expected behavior:
Reach out again if there’s anything else we can help you with.
