Appointment slots widget on our form is not working

    Hi there,

    Our appointment slots widget will not show the appointment slots on the live form, even though they show in the builder and in the form preview.

    Any advice?

    I have checked your web page and see that the form is now displaying the Appointment slots without any issue.
