Hi,
I received an email saying that payment could not be collected for renewal of my account - this is because the payment details have changed. I have been informed that my account will be shut down if payment is not received by 20th March 2018.
However, since my website no longer receives many sign-ups, I would actually like to downgrade from the Bronze membership to the Free mebership.
How do I go about doing this?
