Filter Submissions by Date and Time completion and status and the name who completes it?

Will we be able to report/search for forms by various criteria, for example:

Thanks for your patience, we appreciate it. You may view the appointment slots for each day by switching the view of your submissions to a Calendar view. Let me show you how to do it:

1. In Form Builder, you can click the drop-down option located on the left side and choose Tables.
2. Change the Type to Calendar and set the start date with the Appointment field.
3. Change the view to Daily so you can see the daily appointments.

4. You can also use this filter to show the dates before and on a specific date. See the image attached below:
