How to total prices in my album order form?

Hello, 

I am brand new to jotforms, and I am trying to set up an order form from scratch.

I'm having trouble figuring out how to add items with options, prices vary with each option. And I'd like to have a total amount due show at the end of the list. 

Do I add a basic form element, or an element from widgets? And which one?

I appreciate your help!
