    Folks,

I now created this History form for a third time. Now I would like to save it and publish it, however, every time I do that, I loose the form. I can't even print it out. All I want to do is give the students a chance of answering the questions, they get an email of their % grade and I get to see what they have learned. How do I accomplish this?

    Hi Edwin,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I’m sorry you're having issues with your form. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screencast below to see my results:

The website link that you shared doesn't show an embedded form in it. Embedding your form on a webpage is really easy. Let me show you how:

    • In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Publish.
    • In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Embed.
    • Now, click on the embed option you want to use, and copy the code.
    • That's it. Embed your link on your webpage and you're done.

You can also use the iFrame code of your form to embed it on your website.

Reach out again if you have any other questions.
