Pipedrive integration does not send appointment.

    Hello, I have integrated pipedrive, however, the appointment fields are not uploading to my pipedrive whatsoever in testing. Can you please help resolve this integration.

    Hi Jimmy,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I am sorry you are having an issue with this. Can you please try to remove the integration and then add it back to the form? Please ensure to map the fields to the same type in the Pipedrive, this means if the field is Date type in Jotform then it must be date type in the PipeDrive.

    I have tried that and just did again. I'm not sure if it's an issue with the appointment field being mapped to pipedrive due time and due date simultaneously or something else but the issue is persisting at the moment. Or maybe because the name field populates both the deal and Person fields in pipedrive?

    Hi Jimmy,

    Thanks for your patience. I understand that the appointment fields are not filling up on your Pipedrive. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly.

    I integrated Pipedrive with the same set up as the screenshot you shared.

    Can you try testing it in a different browser or in incognito mode to see if the issue still persists? I also cleared your form cache to see if it can help.

    Oh perfect, it does appear to be working now. However, is it possible to set the duration of the activity to match the appointment time of an hour?

    Thanks for getting back to us. I am sorry you are having an issue with this. Do you mean to set the duration of the activity in Pipe Drive? As you can see my colleagues screencast the time and date both are being sent to pipe drive. Do you mean you want to pass the value of the appointment widget into a different field type?

    Once we hear back from you we can move forward with a solution.
