PayPal Personal not working

    The redirect to PayPal just suddenly started throwing an error message to our customers. I thought it was a blip at first but 3+ people have experienced now. Please help ASAP as we have registrants waiting to sign-up and pay!

    Hi BridgeMillEvents,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm sorry you're having issues with your Paypal form. I checked your Paypal integration and confirmed it was configured correctly. Usually, removing and adding it back solves the issue. Here's how:

    1. In Form Builder, click the Product List and click Remove Integration.
    2. After removing, click Add Elements, then under Payments tab, select Paypal Personal.
    3. In the panel on the right side of the page, click on Connect. This will take you to the PayPal page.
    4. Now, enter all the necessary information and connect your PayPal account with your form. That's it. You're done.

    I also cleared your form's cache for extra measure. Can you try it again and see how it goes? If you run into the same issue again, let us know, and we'll do some more testing to see what's going on.
