I bought Jotform for 1 reason, to get uploads from website now I can't pull attachments from emails. Please close my account. Your customer support is non-existant.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Can you please provide me with the email address of the account you are referring to and I can take a look at what's going on? Additionally, please let us know your issue about the uploads in the email in a bit more detail and we can try to help you with a proper solution. Also, share the URL of the website where the form is embedded so we can take a look.
Once we hear back from you we can move forward with a solution.
