I've set up a new form called ECLAT Skinfluencer. Tried several times to choose the option at the thank you page to send it to our review page or any other page and it doesn't work

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I am sorry you are having trouble with this. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the problem, and I ran into the same issue. Check out this screencast below:
After reviewing the form, I saw that there are conditions in the form that are causing this. So, I deleted them, and the form now works. Check out this screencast below:
Please review the conditional logic connected to the form. If they are no longer using them, you can remove them.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Hi Michelle,
Thanks for getting back to us. I'm sorry you're having an issue with this. I cloned your form and the conditions with missing field errors are still there and it's causing the issue. As suggested by my colleague, please review the conditions or delete them if you don't need those conditions. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, click on Settings in the orange navigation bar at the top.
- Click on Conditions on the left side.
- Select all the conditions and click on Delete.
