Unable to access my account - Suspended

    Hi i have gone to use my form and it is disabled and the account is suspended with no notification given?

    Your account got suspended because of the Guest Registration form. The form is collecting Driver's License ID or Passport which violates our terms of use.

    We need to remove the File Upload field so we can re-activate your account back to Good Status.

    Yes I am can remove but need access to account to do so

    I have deleted the guilty form fields from your forms and activated your account again. All your forms are back online. 

    Do try to sign in to your JotForm account and get back to us if you have any trouble.
