How do we connect an approval form to an app

Hello, we have created an internal store for our organization using the jotforms app. We would like to attach a Jotform approval form to the checkout of this app. Is that possible? If so, how?

Hi Jess,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Currently, it is not possible to add an App to the Approval Flow. I would suggest adding the form into the App via the Form element. Here's how to do it:

1. In App Builder, on the left side of the screen, click on Add Element.

2. Click/Drag Form to add into the App.

3. Select your form with Approval Flow.

4. Click on Add Form.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Ok, we figured out that portion. Can we "override" the checkout page and let the approval form with an attached invoice be the final screen our employees see?

Thanks for getting back to us. Unfortunately, it's not possible to override the checkout page to replace it with the approval form with an attached invoice. When the form responders check out using the App Store Builder, it will automatically prompt them to enter the card details for final payment.
