Google doc integration keeps sending to beginning of spreadsheet, not bottom

    Hi there,

I'm loving jotforms, and I've used it as a way to automate my entire client-facing side of the business, BUT the google doc integration keeps sending the submissions to the top of the google doc, not the bottom as it was previously. I need it to go to the bottom, so my Trello-Gsheet integration works.

Does anyone know how to solve this?

    Thanks

From what I can read, I suppose you refer to the Google Spreadsheet integration, which is set up and running at your form.

Usually, new submissions are placed at the bottom of the spreadsheet, but for some reason you do receive them at the top. It could be caused by sorting one of the spreadsheet columns' values. You can try to sort it back to A-Z as shown below:

If this won't help, please try to reset all the spreadsheet by removing the integration and adding it back afterwards.

Hope this helps! But, get back to us if you need any other assistance as to your JotForms.

Thanks for the speedy reply, but nothing has been changed in my form, nor sorted. The integration just went haywire one day.

I've also reset my integration twice now, and it keeps breaking. I don't want to keep resetting it. Is there another way to fix this without resetting it yet again?

Resetting it means I have to update 9 other documents and integrations..

    Thanks

I meant not a form was sorted, but the spreadsheet. I went ahead and performed some tests as to this issue, but I could not make new submissions to appear at the top of the spreadsheet.

We do even have a feature request as to this issue submitted by one of our colleagues:

So, I can assume that your other integrated sheets are causing the issue you shared.
