I have duplicated the form and added the new source code to the website however it's not even processing the new submissions under the "clone" form. It's not picking up the submissions of a cloned form it uses the old form database.

The major problem is when someone makes a payment ( and I have made made many successful payments of 1cent ) and it is successful it is still not processing the payment on the JotForm server end. Lately there has been many updates to the internet a new version of PHP came out could this be it ? The payments are 100% successful on my end and have always processed correctly. Why now does it not work?

    • Payments are made successful yet I am not getting notified, can you please fix - the form is called "Application" ?

    Hi,

Indeed! I was able to reproduced the problem with your form. I wonder why it ended up to Pending Submissions while the payment is successfully completed. I will submit this to our developement team for further investigation.

For the meantime, you can access your form's pending submissions and complete them if you were able to received the payments from paypal. http://www.jotform.com/help/135-How-to-View-Pending-Submissions

Thanks and apologies for the inconveniences caused.

I see that you have two payment forms. Both use the same PayPal account. One of them receive payment submissions fine without and one seems to be going to Pending even if the payment is complete.

The only difference is that the one that does not complete the payments has "Need Shipment Address" set to "No". Can you try changing that to "Yes", and see if that fixes the problem.

Please let us know how it turns out.
