Hi I’m trying to sign in to my account and it says it’s suspended. Please help.

I have checked your account and found that it is in a suspension status.
There is a form containing a suspicious field in your account that triggered the suspension.
The title of that form is Vehicle Rental Form
The form is trying to collect Driver's license photo which is against our terms.
Please know that we have an anti-phishing system that automatically put accounts into suspension when found that it contains a form that asks for information which is non-compliant with our terms.
In order for me to reactivate your account, I have deleted the field from the said form. Your account is now active and you should be able to access your forms again.
