Unable to log-in

    I have been working in a free account prior to upgrading. All of a sudden I can no longer access my account. I have tried to reset my password but it says it doesn't match.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm sorry you're having issues logging in. When I checked the email address you used to contact us, there's no account connected to it. Do you perhaps have another email address that you used when you created your Jotform account? It can also help us to locate the account if you can share the link to one of your forms.

    Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.
