I am not receiving jotform submissions

    I have a website for our accommodation business, with a bookings page set up with a jotform enquiry. For near on 12 months now, we have not received any jotform submissions, even though, after clicking on the "submit" button it says "Thank you. Your enquiry has been received"??

    Can you please provide us with formID? I see you are posting this thread from a guest account, have you registered to a free account with us?
