This one for example seems to no longer link to the orginal document.  http://s3.amazonaws.com/jufs/FlashpintGallery/22336056889160/214742870322495490/Squish_Submission_to_SOURCE.pdf

    Can you shed any light?

    Thanks--

    Hi there,

    The links are working fine.

I have looked into your account and I see that your forms have been dissabled.

You can simply log into your accoutn and enable them.

Let us know if that helps!

My apologies, I missunderstood your question.

I will test to see if I can reproduce the issue.

If you click on one of the linked files, you should be able to see the issue I am having:

    Hello there,

I have found a ticket for a similar issue triggered when a guest account is migrated to a registered account.  Also, a change of user name can trigger this bug.  Are any of these actions things that you have recently done?

If so, then I will add your case to the ticket and have our dev team look at it as well.

If not, I can forward this as a new bug.

I have cloned one of your forms and tested the clone without being able to reproduce the issue.

That may be a workaround for the time being.  Please give it a try.  Clone one of your forms and test to see if the issue persists on the clone.

We apologize for the inconvenience and assure you we are working to get it resolved!

We have not changed the user name, but have upgraded to a paid account several months ago.  We're experiecing the same problem from some submissions on this form as well: http://www.jotform.com/submissions/22336190014139?

Is there a workaround so we can access the uploaded files?

    thx

    Hi,

    I could access this link

    https://www.jotform.com/uploads/FlashpintGallery/22336056889160/214578281401723619/The_Last_Occupy_Podell.pdf

    Can you please try...

There were rare times when the S3 Amazonaws server is too congested... and this phenomena will happen.

    Thanks.

I think there is an intermittent issue as I was not able to access to the file Jonathan was, but I am able to open the first one you posted on this thread .

So I have forwarded this issue to our next tier for further investigation
