How to skip to the next page of the form?

Participants report they can complete form in section a. They can fill in the form in the section but not submit it. They are unable to open the form in section c.

I have checked the forms and they appear to be working. Please advise.

I have also checked the forms you shared and could not replicate any issue while submitting. 

However, I still can't find any sections there. I could only see Part A, B, C and so on at your form https://form.jotform.com/71985778684178. It is also working properly. 

The part C is on the page 3, so respondents can't just skip previous pages since you've set many fields as "required". Those fields must be filled out approprietly to go to the next page (or section) of the form.
