Is there a way to change the layout of the way a form is printed? I designed a form for information gathering that I need to send to my HQ. Is there a way to change from one long string in my email to a one-two page document?

Hi Christopher,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Are you referring to the copy of the form response that are in the message section of the Notification email and the Autoresponder email? I suggest attaching the PDF copy of the form response, where you can customize the PDF template in the PDF Editor page. We've made a small guide explaining the main aspects of PDF Editor that you might find helpful.

- Under the Data tab, click on Create PDF Document. This will take you to PDF Editor and automatically create a PDF Document for you.
Using Form Builder to create a PDF Document:
- In Form Builder, click on the Downward Arrow icon next to the Jotform Logo.
- Click on PDF Editor, That’ll take you to PDF Editor and automatically create a PDF Document for you.
