My work account is no longer available after I trying to chage my login and I need to recover this account

    Aloha,

    I need to recover my work account and have the correct email address for the login.

    my email is eric.shanaver@aubergeresorts.com

    Hi Eric,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Upon checking, your account is already deleted. I've gone ahead and reactivated your account. You can now try logging back in and resetting your password. Let me show you how:

    1. Go to the Jotform Main Page and click on Login.My work account is no longer available after I trying to chage my login and I need to recover this account Image 1 Screenshot 60

    3. Enter your email address and then click on Send Reset Instructions.My work account is no longer available after I trying to chage my login and I need to recover this account Image 3 Screenshot 82
    4. You'll get an email with instructions about how to reset your password. In the email, click on Reset Password.My work account is no longer available after I trying to chage my login and I need to recover this account Image 4 Screenshot 93
    5. Enter your new password, enter it again to verify it, and then click on Create a New Password.

    Your new password is now set and you can use it to log into your Jotform account.
