    Add Formulas to Results. Averages?

Asked by traslavina on February 17, 2011 at 07:22 AM

This is teh best form creator I have expreinced. There is only 1 thing I wish it could do. When people get an e-mail with their responses, is there a way to attoamticaly provide results? calculations? based on their numerical responses?

If I set a scale form, could the report automatically calculate the average?

This is currently not possible with JotForm but I'll add this as a feature request.

    Thanks for the suggestion.

If you could add this functionality, you'd kill 2 birds with one stone (probably many more than 2).
Yesterday (or Tuesday), there were a few posts regarding the field that the user enters which then goes to PayPal. When that field is referenced in a report or an email, it contains unexpected info --Payer Name-- and address etc. If you can have a calculated field that is equal to what the user entered into the paypal field but not update it with the "Extra" info we don't need or want, then the user would have the choice of using either field in their reports or emails.
