When will I know if you can renew? OR, how do I process the payment due, so my account doesn't get cancelled?

Our system will try to bill you again, as long as you have updated your credit card.
You are scheduled to be downgraded on 3/24/2018, you should be billed again before the scheduled date.

I don't think you understand. I have now updated my credit card, with the CORRECT details TWICE and twice it has been declined. How can I escalate this up the chain to find out what the problem is? Thank you.

Normally, declines on credit cards are because it was prevented by banks due to common fraud incidents that happen online. Thus, if the charge gets declined and you believe that the information is correct, you can get in touch with your card-issuing bank and ask to why it was declined.
