Will I need Zapier to send the suvmisison data to the Mailchimp?

I have created an integration between my JotForm form and MailChimp and it runs successfully (moving over data from previous submissions).

I have two questions:

1. Will it continue to submit data for future submissions or do I have to use Zapier to automate this

2. Can I set a condition on the integration so with MailChimp so it adds a subscriber to the appropriate audience based on the value of the "Session" field in my form?

Answer 1: When you integrate Jotform with Mailchimp, your future submissions will also be sent to Mailchimp; you won't need Zapier to do it.

Answer 2: Unfortunately, you won't be able to use the conditional logic in the integration part. It is not possible to apply the conditional logic with any integration. You can use conditional logic for simple field elements such as short text, long text, multiple choice and many more. Here is a helpful guide on conditional logic; you can check it out.

I'm wondering if I could use Zapier for #1 & #2 in place of the integration?

Thanks for getting back to us. If you decide to switch your integration through Zapier to send data to Mailchimp, it will break the existing integration between Mailchimp and Jotform. This is because you'll be setting up a completely new integration through Zapier. This means that data submissions will go through Zapier to Mailchimp as part of the new setup.

As for your other question, unfortunately, applying conditions within integrations is not possible. However, you can reach out to Zapier Support to see if they offer any solutions or workarounds that might meet your requirements through their integration.
