Zoho CRM - Jotform HIPAA

Is Zoho CRM compatible with Jotform Hippa integration? If I purchase Jotform Gold for Hippa, Will I be able to connect it to my Zoho One CRM? I have Hippa Compliance turned on within Zoho.

Unfortunately, the Zoho CRM through Zapier integration is not HIPAA compliant. Protected Health Information (PHI) will be removed when sending data to Zapier. I've gone ahead and escalated your request to our developers, but when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. Why cant they make a direct connection to Zoho itself? Zoho one is HIPAA compliant, no need to use Zapier.

Thanks for getting back to us. I did a further check, and it looks like the Zoho CRM has already an option to set their CRM as HIPAA-compliance. My colleague has already escalated this to our Developers Team so that we can make necessary updates from our back end.
