Scale Rating: How to change the rating direction?

Hello, 

I would like to change the direction of the rating scale so that it goes from the highest rating point on the left to the lowest on the right.  Is this possible?

It's not possible to do that, the highest value will be on the right side while the lowest will be on the left, we can open a feature request for this if you want, we cannot provide an ETA, but we would keep you updated via this thread.
