Account reactivation

    Hi, I am waiting on a response to my support ticket about my account being suspended. I have not received any notification from jotforms but I am unable to login. After reviewing prior posts I realize a form I created yesterday is in violation of the terms of use. I've requested that someone delete the form or remove the fields that are in violation so that I can gain access to the other forms I've created that are not in violation. 

    When can I expect a reply? This is my third email today.

    The issue has been addressed on your other thread and you should be now able to login to your account. Please refrain from adding any fields to collect sensitive information to avoid the suspension of the account.
