Account reactivation

    Hi, I am waiting on a response to my support ticket about my account being suspended. I have not received any notification from jotforms but I am unable to login. After reviewing prior posts I realize a form I created yesterday is in violation of the terms of use. I've requested that someone delete the form or remove the fields that are in violation so that I can gain access to the other forms I've created that are not in violation. 

    When can I expect a reply? This is my third email today.

    The issue has been addressed on your other thread https://www.jotform.com/answers/1419091- and you should be now able to login to your account. Please refrain from adding any fields to collect sensitive information to avoid the suspension of the account.
