Logo is not showing in preview or print

I edited the company logo on the top of the form with "Eastvale Roofing", but in the preview or print, it does not appear.

I need to have company logo on the invoice or the company information. How do I fix it?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I was able to replicate the issue on our end. I suggest creating a new PDF template. The new PDF template will display the logo. Let me show you how:

1. Go to the PDF Editor page or click here.
2. Click on the 3 vertical dots on the right of the current PDF template tab.
3. Select the New PDF Document.
