Does JotForm use encryption in its data centers in addition to the users encryption?

    I know that SSL is used to encrypt data in transit and that I can encrypt data at rest using a key I supply. However if I encrypt at rest then some features don't work, e.g. export of data, which is key to me. 

    Is it correct that even if I don't encrypt at rest using my own key, then my data is encrypted at rest with a Jot Forms key? It would stop 3rd parties getting the data but some Jot Form employees could view thet data if they so choose?

    No we do not encrypt the data on our servers. However, we take security very seriously. You can read about our security on this page:
