Pastor_Anthony_anthonyAsked on April 23, 2024 at 8:46 PM
I am trying to share my form with the jotform community so that members of my work community can have access and create templates of their own based on the same template. I am having trouble publishing the template so that it is public.
Is it possible to send the template to another jotform community member directly? Also, I have another account that needs this same form, but I do not want to have to recreate the form and all of its conditions.
What can I do? Please help.

Hi Anthony,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Were you able to click on the share button after entering all information in your screenshot? Please note that the template will still be reviewed by the relevant team and if approved, it will be published in the templates page.
Let us know if you have any other questions.

Hi Anthony,
Thanks for getting back to us. We have a dedicated team responsible for reviewing forms that were submitted as templates. Unfortunately, we cannot provide an ETA since it depends on the number of templates submitted. If you need someone to copy your form, you can let them clone your form using your form URL. Let me show you how to do that:
1. Open your My Forms page and click on Create Form on the left side of the page.
2. In the window that opens up, click on Import Form.
3. In the next window, click on From a Webpage.
4. Paste the form link into the Enter URL field and click on Create Form.
After cloning your form, it will open up in Form Builder automatically. Now, you can edit the way you want it and publish it.
Give it a try and let us know if you need any more help.
