Jotform Sign Document: Embed to my website

Ok so I found it. It wasn't a form that I created. It was a signed document.

So next question. Can I add this signed document to my website where people can click on the link and fill out the form? And then I would get a copy of the signed document emailed to me? Or does this need to be done with a form?

    Thanks again.

    Hi Chase,

Thanks for reaching out to us for help. Yes, you can simply get the Sign Document's iFrame embed code and use it on your website. Let me walk you through on where to find it:

    1. In the Sign Builder, click on the Send tab.

    2. Select Embed from the left side menu.

    3. There you will see the Embed code, simply click on the Copy Code button.

    4. Lastly, add the code to your website.

Users will be able to fill out the document directly from your website and you will automatically receive a signed document via email. But if you want just the link, then you can select Share With Link from the left side menu instead, and generate the link.

Keep in mind that both option works if you require one document signee only, so if you have more than one signee role involve in the document, you won't be able to use the embed and share with link option.

Let us know if there's anything else we can help you with.
