Can I please have help logging in and accessing assigned forms?

    Hi,

    I am responding to a reply to my question from last night. There should be no account linked to my a*m*n@lo*et*k.com account. The only thing that has been done is forms being emailed or assigned to me. As I can not make this a private request I do not feel comfortable putting someone else email address in the description for everyone to see.
    I have been able to login to the assigning account on both my laptop and mobile app. So I know that the app and website work. I just can't get my account to work for me.

    Can I please have help logging in and accessing assigned forms?

    Failing that can you cancel/reset this account so I can create it again and see if that works?

    Please note that as I can't log into my account I am unable to make this a private ticket or able to respond to question or threads. So I have to send a new request each time.

    Hi Faye,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. If a thread is set to private and is being accessed from a guest account, you should still be able to access it, you just need to make sure that you are using the same browser. As for your email a*m*n@lo*et*k.com, there is no account under it, only a guest account. You can go ahead and create a new account with your email a*m*n@lo*et*k.com.
