    i just created a form in different account and i want to import it here, would you please help and below is the form link.

    You can clone that form to your account by following the steps in this guide:
    How to Clone an Existing Form from a URL

    If you want to transfer (move) the form with it's submissions to your account, please make the request from the account owner of that form.
